Hey Eric,

I'm in KItchener. Elora is indeed beautiful. It has quaint artsy town all over it with out much of th e countrycraft look of other nearby tourist places like st jacobs. Guelph and KW also have alot to offer and are close enough to T.O. if you need a big-city fix.

There's a great scotch bar not to far away in Belwood, "the old school house" and robably enough of the eclectic communities you may enjoy in/around and in towns nearby. From what I understand the artist community has its feet firmly entrenchched there, studio rent being a little cheaper in that area than some others.

Then there is the gorge, some of the most beautiful nature in the region. It' s sort of a reverse escarpment. Then there is the bruce trail not too far away.

Nice land can be found too if you are the gardening type.

I'm considering moving back to Ontario from the Wet Coast after 15 years. Was at a wedding in Elora on the weekend and fell in love with it. How to discover what it's like around there? I know; I'll check Tribe! If there's anyone worth getting to know out there they'll be on Tribe. Well, 519 is the closest I can find and it seems - sadly to say - a little dead. Am I mistaken? Is there anybody out there who can fill me in on life in Wellington County?
Hope to here from...somebody...
Thanks;
